Appointment Booking Terms

By booking an appointment, you agree to the following terms:

1. Appointments must be booked at least 24 hours in advance.
2. Please arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment time.
3. Cancellations must be made at least 12 hours in advance.
4. Late arrivals may result in rescheduling of the appointment.
5. Bring all relevant medical documents and reports.
6. Consultation fees are payable at the time of appointment.
7. Emergency cases will be given priority.
8. Your personal information will be kept confidential.

Cancellation Policy

Appointments cancelled less than 12 hours in advance may be subject to a cancellation fee. No-shows may affect future appointment bookings.
